Found across North America, the pine snake is a carnivore which means they eat meat. In the wild they would eat live rats, rabbits, prairie dogs and birds. In captivity we feed them dead mice, rats and quail.

Pine snakes are one of the largest species of snake in north America they reach up to 6ft long.
